ABOUT LITTLE RAGGHI
This page is not nearly enough space to tell the story of this woman or what she stands for. #1 because we are extremely long-winded and #2, it is only a small piece of paper. Raggatha Calentine has been a part of our world and many others in our craft for years. She is one of the most giving and remarkable women we have ever known. She has been there to guide us, keep us focused, reprimand us when needed and even cry for us. She has done this every day with a smile and the greatest concern for our lives and professions.
Raggatha is a Native American Indian who stands all of 5 ft. tall, but in our minds is a giant. That being said, she has always been "Little Ragghi" to us. Raggatha is an individual who cannot help but command respect for what she gives back to the world she lives in. If she is not telling stories to bands of children, adults or restaurant employees, she is spending her time helping young girls explore their rich heritage, cultivate talents and deal with the many challenges of growing up through co-leading the dance troupe "NDN Stix Chix".
Ragghi uses storytelling as her medium to develop and deliver specialized training sessions for various groups and organizations. She also teaches parenting and life skills, as well as "Walking the Healing Path" and storytelling workshops. In "free time" she mentors students in local schools.
We want to give back to her a fraction of what she has given us. For every bag of "Little Ragghi" crackers sold, a portion of the proceeds will go to the charity of her choice, the National Native American Family Camp. We truly hope one bag or many find their way into your pantry, or in your next gift basket. We hope you will feel as good about snacking on them as we do.
"Little Ragghi's" crackers can be purchased on this site, as well as at your local gourmet shop. Place orders early as they are made by hand. Please let us remember she is only one little woman, with two little hands, and a big heart.
